Advice for customers
EVRI Home Delivery
- You will receive your parcel within 3-4 working days after dispatch. (For Highlands and Islands this could be 1 day longer)
- You will be notified by email once your order is dispatched and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.
- Delivery is done either to you directly, or in case of absence, to a safe place. In case you need to change the delivery address please log in to Evri App. Evri will also inform you upfront about the date and time of the delivery.
- We receive prepaid payments. We do not accept COD payments

- We ship within Great Britain and Northern Ireland only.
- Please check your parcel upon delivery and while the driver is still present. If the item appears to have been tampered with in any way, please advise the driver and refuse the delivery. In this case please contact us and we will discuss further steps.
- If you do not advise the driver at the time of delivery, this could reduce the chances of a successful claim if needed.
- Deliveries for orders exceeding 150GBP require a signature.

DPD Home Delivery
- You will receive your parcel within 3-4 working days after dispatch. (For Highlands and Islands this could be 1 day longer)
- You will be notified by email once your order is dispatched and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.
- Delivery is done either to you directly, or in case of absence, to a safe place. In case you need to change the delivery address please contact our Customer Care service. DPD will also inform you upfront about the date and time of the delivery. You can change the date and time of the delivery using the provided link
- If delivery is unsuccessful, your parcel will be delivered to the nearest DPD Pick Up shop or to a locker
- In the case of DPD Pickup Shop, once the parcel is ready, you will receive a pickup pass from DPD. If you want to collect your order without this pass, you will need your tracking number, a photo ID, and a proof of address matching the parcel
- In case your package is delivered to one of the DPD Lockers, you will receive a pickup pass from DPD which you need to use for collection, or you can use the QR code as well
- We receive prepaid payments. We do not accept COD payments

EVRI Pickup Point Delivery

- You will need your photo ID to collect parcel from ParcelShop
- You will receive a code to collect your parcel from Locker
- We receive prepaid payments. We do not accept COD payments

DPD Pickup
- You will receive your parcel within 3-4 working days after dispatch. (For Highlands and Islands this could be 1 day longer)
- You will be notified by email once your order is dispatched and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.
Once the parcel is ready, you will receive a pickup pass from DPD. If you want to collect your order without this pass, you will need your tracking number, your photo ID and a proof of address matching the parcel.
